NEISD Surita Wyatt Scholarship winners recognized
Every year, a handful of high school seniors taking Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses shine in the spotlight for their success in the classroom and evidence of personal character and leadership. On April 4, District CTE representatives and CTE Advisory Council members arrived at each high school to award scholarship winners and the two overall winners, receiving checks for $750 and $1500 respectively.
Recipients are determined by the NEISD CTE Advisory Council and once selected a check is written to the approved institution at the request of the scholarship-winning student. Here is a complete list of this year’s winner and two overall winners. Congratulations to these hardworking and dedicated CTE students.
