These Sign Language Interpreters at Oak Meadow Elementary School serve the District’s deaf and hard of hearing students. But their passion for the field is evident everywhere they go, whether that’s in the hallways teaching students different signs or developing special clubs. Noemi spearheaded the Sign and Shine Club that teaches students sign language, as well as creates friendships, builds leadership and boosts self esteem.
