Kim is the Executive Director for Barrington Neighbors. Her organization provides a free full-day camp that includes music, art, games, reading and meals for up to 50 our Serna Elementary School students during school holidays like Thanksgiving, Winter Break and Spring Break. Her organization also provides Serna families access to supportive organizations like the San Antonio Junior League, San Antonio Food Bank, and more. It has been a great financial relief for families without extended care during traditional school breaks. Best of all, the students LOVE the camp! Kim and her organization are able to provide resources beyond the school walls and beyond the traditional school day. This gives Serna families support almost year-round.
