This school year, 2021-2022, will be my 20+ years with N.E.I.S.D., with over 25 + years of teaching and coaching all together.  I have taught 6th English, Health/P.E., and Science.  This year, I am teaching 6th grade Science and 8th grade High School Health.  Besides teaching, I will be coaching girls volleyball and basketball.  I was a college student on a basketball scholarship. I graduated from S.W.T. in Recreational Sports Administration.  Attended N.T.S.U. to continue my studies in the field of Recreational Sports.  Graduated from U.T.S.A. in the field of Kinesology.

My family has a legacy of basketball in the state of Texas. My uncle, who was inducted into the Texas Basketball Hall of Fame. With many family members, 2 uncles, 6 cousins, and their spouses, who have or currently taught and/ or coach in Texas.

 My husband and I have been married for 18 years. In our spare time, we travel to the Caribbean for scuba diving and snorkeling. We would love to travel to the Mediterranean and  Europe to visit all the Disney parks.
