¡Bienvenidos! Me llamo Sra. Aranda and welcome to the new school year. There are two important aspects of my life. The first is my family. I have a son named Jayden and a daughter named Jasmine. I also spend lots of time with my mother, my sister and her children, and my brother and his children. For me family is one of the most important aspects of life.

The second important part of my life is education. I have been teaching for 15 years and have spent my entire career in NEISD. The first 14 years at Johnson High school. I am excited to start year 15 at International School of the Americas. In the last 7 years I have devoted time and effort to educating others on the importance of World language teaching, learning, and leadership by presenting at conferences at the local, state, and national level. 

This year I am teaching Spanish I, III Honors, and AP Spanish Language and Culture. I am also part of the World Language Curriculum Writing Team for the district and train New teachers coming into the district.
