Ms. Bonnie Brawner
Hello! This will be my 14th year teaching Chemistry at ISA, and my 24th year as a high school teacher. I love teaching, and I enjoy sharing my excitement about science with my students! I am looking forward to another year at ISA. As well as teaching chemistry, I am on the sophomore team and a co-sponsor of the National Honor Society.
I grew up in Seguin, Texas, and have lived in Texas all of my life. I have a bachelor's in chemistry from Texas Lutheran University (in Seguin) and a Master's in Education (Counseling) from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. Before I was a full-time high school teacher, I worked in university residence life at two schools: Midwestern State University and University of the Incarnate Word.
While not teaching, I enjoy camping, photography, visiting national parks, kayaking, cooking, drinking coffee and spending time with friends, family and my dog, Fred.
