Hello 1st Grade Champions!  Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! I am so excited to be your teacher!  This will be my 25th year as a teacher.  I have taught Pre-K and Kindergarten in North Texas, 1st grade in Arkansas and in the Houston area, and served as the Targeted Support Teacher at Cibolo Green.  I am so thrilled to be back in 1st grade again!  

I grew up in a small town - Minden, Louisiana and attended college at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.  GO REDDIES!  I have been married 22 years to my wonderful husband and we have 2 amazing kids.  We also have 2 fur babies - Sassy and Dozer - Sassy is a maltese and Dozer is a doberman.  

A few of my favorite things include serving in our church, reading, watching movies, and shopping.  I also like to ride on the back of my husband's Harley!  I am looking forward to an exciting year filled with lots of learning and growing.  I am so blessed to be on this journey with you!
