Hello! My name is Denise Massey, and this is my 23rd year in the field of education. I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember. I received my bachelor's degree at Texas Tech University in Early Childhood Education. I enjoyed several wonderfully fulfilling years teaching at Clear Spring and Royal Ridge Elementary Schools.  

While teaching I attended UTSA and earned my master's degree in Reading and Literacy. I subsequently received a Master Reading Teacher endorsement and a Reading Specialist certification. Prior to coming to Cibolo Green, I spent four years as a district Literacy Specialist for NEISD, where I grew leaps and bounds in my knowledge and love of literacy.  I spent three years as an Instructional Intervention Teacher at Cibolo Green. This will be my seventh year as a Gifted and Talented teacher, and I love the daily challenge of learning with these amazing Champions!

 I am honored and proud to be a part of the Cibolo Green community. I love sharing my passion for learning with the kids and teachers of this awesome school!
