Mr. Michael Fairfield

I'm looking forward to a wonderful 2021-2022 school year! I'm originally from Enterprise, Alabama. I graduated from Troy University with Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I've taught for 18 years. I taught first grade 10 years and kindergarten for 7 years. 

Teaching both kindergarten and first grade have given me a great understanding of how to help students develop a strong foundation and how to promote their growth as overall students. 

I enjoy traveling, mountain biking, movies, spending time with my family, and a great cup of coffee. I recently got married and relocated to San Antonio, Texas from Alabama. My wife is also a member of the NEISD family and works with the special education department at an elementary school.
