Cibolo Green is part of the Leader In Me, a whole school transformation process teaching leadership and life skills. Students are empowered and encouraged to become leaders, both in and out of school, by living the 7 Habits. Worldwide, there are 3201 schools undergoing the Leader in Me process, working towards Lighthouse status.

In 2017, Cibolo Green was honored to be selected as a site visit school for the Leader In Me Symposium in San Antonio.
