Greetings! My name is Christina Mandell-Williams, and I am the Dyslexia Therapist at Cibolo Green Elementary. I have worked on this campus since 2016, and I love serving this amazing neighborhood and community! This will be my tenth school year with NEISD and third year as a Dyslexia Therapist. I currently provide multiple dyslexia intervention programs, including Take Flight, BUILD, and Reading by Design. These targeted supports offer a therapeutic approach to remediating the complexities of the learning difference that is Dyslexia. Early intervention is key, and I have seen some outstanding growth from my students with the help of these programs. 

A little bit about me: I currently live in New Braunfels, TX, and am originally from the Bay Area of Northern California. I earned my B.A. from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and my M.A. from New Mexico State University. I recently completed two years of training through Region 20/Scottish Rite of Texas to become a Dyslexia Therapist, and I am now a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) through the Academic Language Therapy Association (ALTA). Some of my hobbies include photography, gardening, and spending time with my son, River, and twin girls, Harper and Charlotte. I enjoy spending time at our beautiful Texas state parks and rivers, and the occasional trip to the coast. 

I am so excited about another school year at CG! I have some truly talented and amazing students, and really enjoy making connections and relationships with them and their families.
