2015 Bond Program North East Institute for Cybersecurity & Innovation Facility Renovations Project (RFCSP #35-21)

The 2015 Bond Program included funding to conduct renovations to a recently purchased existing facility located on 3175 Nacogdoches Road for the purpose of establishing the North East Institute for Cybersecurity and Innovation (I-CSI) for the District’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) Program. Renovations to this vacant facility are to be completed in four multiple construction phases. This RFCSP consist of construction work for Phases 1 & 2, only; and consists of two security operations center classrooms, a collaborative learning area, the main entry lobby, student gang-restrooms, and administration support area. This work shall be substantially completed on July 30, 2021. Phases 3 and 4 will be completed at a future date, as funding becomes available.
