  • Peer Assistance Leadership and Service (PALS)

    The PALS peer helping program combats problems such as violence in schools, drug abuse, teen pregnancy, bullying and school dropouts by providing a critical line of defense through PALS mentoring younger peers in their district cluster schools.

  • Peer Mediators powered by AIM

    NEISD Peer Mediators are trained by Amigos in Mediation (AIM) Peer Mediation Program. AIM helps schools establish their own self-sustaining peer mediation program designed to improve the conflict resolution skills of students, reduce the number of school disciplinary incidents, and create a more positive school environment.
