The North East Elementary School Walking Tracks Bid Package 7 includes funding to construct new tracks at 3 elementary school campuses (Montgomery, Northwood, and Windcrest) and repairs at 2 Elementary School campuses at Huebner and Oak Meadow. Unless noted otherwise on the construction documents, the scope of work generally consist of: (1) construct new 9 feet-wide, 675 feet-long walking tracks, with 2-inch porous-pave® walking surface over washed gravel base material and geogrid system; (2) integrated 6-inch porous-pave® header curbs; (3) accessible connecting pathway to the walking track; and (4) install landscaping to address all disturbed areas throughout the construction project.
