2015 Bond Program North East Elementary School Walking Tracks - Bid Package 5 (RFCSP)

The North East Elementary School Walking Tracks Bid Package 5 includes funding to construct new tracks at 4 elementary school campuses (Coker, East Terrell Hills, Harmony Hills, and Walzem) and repairs at 1 Elementary School campus (Larkspur). Unless noted otherwise on the construction documents, the scope of work generally consist of: (1) construct new 8 feet-wide, 675 feet-long walking tracks, with 2-inch porous-pave® walking surface over washed gravel base material and geogrid system; (2) integrated 6-inch porous-pave® header curbs; (3) accessible connecting pathway to the walking track; and (4) install landscaping to address all disturbed areas throughout the construction project.
