Participate in healthy activities and earn a $75 premium credit in 2024! This year, you can now receive credit for participating in Hinge Health and Catapult VirtualCheckup, two new wellness programs.
The first step to qualify for this incentive program is to complete your Well onTarget Health Assessment found by accessing Blue Access for Members (BAM) and navigating to the wellness tab. After that, complete 200 points of healthy activities by November 8 and you will receive your reward. Premium credits are earned one time per calendar year and paid out quarterly through your paycheck.
