Roosevelt students place first in SA Japanese Speech Contest

The 29th Annual Japanese Speech Contest in San Antonio was on Feb.10. Roosevelt High School’s Sarai Brooks won first place in free speech in Division 3 and Michelle Vo won third place in free speech in Division 4. Through hard work and outstanding effort, Sara and Michelle Vo have shown that Roosevelt produces quality students that can compete with the best. Faculty and staff would like to congratulate Sarai and Michelle for their accomplishments and they wish them success in their future endeavors.
