Lopez Middle School and Bush Middle School have been named this year’s Speech and Debate Cup winners. For the past seven years, the North East ISD middle schools have competed against each other to earn The Cup. Teams earn points throughout the year through various debate contests and speech festivals. This year’s runners-up are Hill Middle School and Eisenhower Middle School.
