Madison High School senior and JROTC Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Andrew Arce has been awarded UTSA’s Distinguished Presidential Scholarship worth $14,500. Like many college-bound seniors, Arce has been seeking financial aid assistance and opportunities over the past few months. He applied to several universities all while hoping to stay in San Antonio to study and become a physical therapist. This scholarship will help take him one step closer to his dream job. Congratulations Andrew!
