This is what a $10,000 surprise looks like!
North Park Subaru surprised Harmony Hills Elementary School with a $10,000 donation and 20 school supply kits at the end of their staff meeting on Wednesday.
The donation is part of the Subaru Loves Learning Initiative and their partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org.
North Park Subaru is “adopting” every classroom at Harmony Hills. Teachers will be given $500 worth of funding each to purchase supplies for the school year on the AdoptAClassroom.org Marketplace.
"We are incredibly grateful for the generous donation and ongoing partnership from North Park Subaru as part of the Subaru Loves Learning initiative," said Carri Elliot, principal at Harmony Hills Elementary School. “These essential supplies will make a significant impact on our students’ success this year. Our teachers, staff, and entire school community extend our heartfelt thanks for this support."
