The United States Tennis Association (USTA) names North East ISD’s Blossom Athletic Center the best Large Public Facility in Texas for their Best of Texas Tennis 2023 awards. But that’s not the only award for our District. NEISD Assistant Tennis Coordinator Arnaud Guillemard was named the 2023 Best Junior Tournament Director in the state!
“Arnaud Guillemard was hired as the Assistant Tennis Coordinator at the NEISD Tennis Center in 2020. Since his hiring, he has made a huge impact on the facility in such a positive way. He has elevated the junior development program here,” said NEISD Tennis Coordinator Patrick Johnson. “We are extremely proud of Arnaud’s effort and passion to make tennis enjoyable and accessible to the junior players in our community.”
What to play at the best tennis courts in Texas?
The Blossom Athletic Center has 13 tennis courts available to players. You can make reservations by calling 210-491-6108. It’s $2 for students and $4 for adults. It is free for NEISD tennis players and NEISD senior star card holders.
