Welcome Principal Delgado

Dear Jackson-Keller Parents/Guardians,

It is with great pleasure and excitement that I write this letter to introduce myself to you as the newly appointed Principal of Jackson-Keller Elementary School. It is an honor to have this opportunity at a new home. I will embrace every opportunity to inspire, motivate, and challenge every child to be the best. Our school community has talented, dedicated staff that go above and beyond to make sure they do what is in the best interest of each child.

I have worked in North East ISD for 18 years in a number of roles. I spent 4 years as a Bilingual Teacher, 3 years as a Bilingual Coach, and most recently as an Assistant Principal at Oak Grove for almost 11 years. I plan on using all my collective experiences to lead Jackson-Keller Elementary as your new principal. In addition to my professional accomplishments, my greatest achievement is my family. My strongest supporters are my wife and 4 children. As a parent, I expect the best education for my children, so I want to ensure that Jackson-Keller Elementary provides the best educational experiences possible for every student who comes through our doors.

I will work diligently to ensure a positive transition to the school and community. Our hardworking teachers and staff are committed to providing the best education to your children and will continue to form a strong connection of learning between the school and your home. We will continue to build strong relationships with your children to ensure them that Jackson-Keller Elementary genuinely cares about their success. I look forward to sharing my skills as an instructional leader with teachers and staff and becoming a partner with you to help and support your child’s learning in and out of school.

It is an honor to serve as the new principal for Jackson-Keller Elementary School. As Principal, one of my main goals is to provide the best customer service to you and our community members. I can’t wait to meet you, the students, teachers, staff, and community members. Together, we will accomplish great experiences and work collaboratively to celebrate the success of all students in and out of the classroom. Together, we will succeed.

Sincerely,
Francisco Delgado, Principal
