Welcome to 4th Grade! I’m very excited that you are here!  I've been a teacher at Jackson Keller since 2014.  This is my first year teaching fourth grade.  I am looking forward to seeing how my fourth grade students mature through the school year as they prepare to move ahead into becaoming campus leaders and role models.

I graduated in 1992 from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Political Sciene.  I also received my master's degree from UTSA in 2009.  Go Runners!  This will be my 28th year as an elemenatry school teacher.  Most of those years, I was an ESL fifth grade teacher, but I have had the opportunity to teach from PK-fifth grade. 

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, going out to eat, reading, and spending time my children.  I have been married since December 1992 and have been blessed with 4 wonderful children.  Yes, I am very busy in and outside of school, and I LOVE IT!!!!

I hope to inspire students to work to their fullest potential and to become the best they can in all that they do. Here’s to a FANTASTIC year!!
