Mrs. Rodriguez

My name is Alma Rodriguez, I am an Instructional Coach at Jackson Keller Elementary. I have taught pre-k, kindergarten, 1st grade and second grade.  
I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. In 2008, I received my Bilingual prek-4 teaching certificate. I joined the North East ISD family in 2010 as a Kindergarten Dual Language teacher at Jackson-Keller Elementary School.  
I have been teaching for 14 years. Eleven of those years have been here at JK. This school is my second home and my favorite part of the day is teaching reading! I enjoy reading books and sharing my love of stories with the students.
My husband and I have a sassy cat named CAT! We love to read, travel and root for the Spurs!
