Hi! My name is Tina Mireles and I am so excited about being the Targeted Support Teacher this year! This is my 22nd year at Roan Forest and my 33rd year of teaching. 

I graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. After graduation, I married my husband of 31 years, Eddie. Together, we moved to Lufkin, Texas, where I taught for 7 years. During that time, I had the pleasure of teaching Special Education, Gifted and Talented, and General Education. After our stay in Lufkin, we moved to San Antonio to be closer to our family. We have two wonderful children. Analicia is a registered dietitian and is married to a wonderful man named Regan and has a beauiful baby girl named Sofia. Nicolas is working on his PhD in Assessment & Measurement at James Madison University. 

In my spare time I love spending time with my family. I also enjoy crafting, reading, watching movies and going to plays at the Majestic. We love sports! A few of our favorite teams are the San Antonio Spurs, Houston Astros, Dallas Cowboys and Texas A&M teams.
