2015 Bond Legacy of Educational Excellence (LEE) High School New Fine Arts Center and Campus Renovations Construction-Manager-at-Risk Project (RFCSP)

The 2015 Bond Legacy of Educational Excellence (LEE) High School Project provides for demolition of the existing CTE/STEM Building followed by construction and complete building finish-out of the new 2-story Performing Arts Center, selected renovations to existing Fine Arts facilities, and expansion/reconfiguration of the main campus parking lot. Project components include: supporting site & building demolition; earthwork; project site utilities (storm water, domestic water, and sanitary sewer); erosion control installation/maintenance; suspended slab foundation; concrete forming/placement; masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous steel, and decorative steel fabrication and erection; insulation, waterproofing, and roofing; masonry; millwork; carpentry, doors, frames, and hardware; glass, glazing, & storefront/curtain wall systems; stained polished concrete, resilient and resinous flooring, ceramic tile; drywall; ceilings; painting; bathroom toilet partitions and accessories; visual display boards; window treatments; metal lockers; theater and stage equipment, fixed auditorium seating, music practice rooms and instrument storage cabinets; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, fire protection systems; elevator and orchestra pit wheelchair lift; technology data cabling, security & intrusion detection systems; site drainage; hardscape; asphalt paving; landscape, and irrigation work.
