Welcome! I am Mr. Morales and I will be your Art 1 and Art 2 teacher for the upcoming year. I have been teaching since 2005, having taught at both high school (English/Debate/Art) and middle school level (Art). 

This year Driscoll artists will be learning about and practicing various artistic styles and exploring different mediums. A few projects we will be working on are oil pastel drawings, mask making with plaster, cartoneria and sculpture making, nierika yarn painting, and mural making. 

I'm excited to see the creativity, talent, and artistry that our Driscoll artists will be displaying in class, around campus, and in the community. Exceptional artworks are also eligible to be entered into various contests and competitions throughout the year, including Jr. VASE, our state competition. 

**Driscoll artists are expected to be "cool, calm, and collected" when entering and exiting the studio in order to be prepared to focus on their studies and artwork.**
