Off Campus Physical Education


North East ISD participates in Category I Off Campus Physical Education. Students must participate and compete in a sport that is not currently offered at NEISD schools and compete in their sport at a national to Olympic level. Students must train at least 15 hours per week and compete at national to Olympic level competitions throughout the year. Please see the Off Campus PE Guidelines for additional information.

    Approved Off Campus PE students are responsible for obtaining administrative approval for all school-day absences prior to the absence for competition.  For further information, please review the "What are the responsibilities of the student/parent with regards to Off Campus PE?" section of the Off Campus PE Guidelines.

    All new AND currently approved OCPE Agencies will need to submit an application for the 2023-2024 school year.

    All students interested in OCPE (both new and currently approved) must complete an application in Skyward each school year.



  • 2023-2024 Off Campus PE Application

    FOR AGENCIES

     

    All agencies wishing to serve as a site for Off Campus PE must have prior approval by NEISD.      

     

    Agency Application Window: January 4, 2023 through March 1, 2023. No late applications will be accepted.

     

    Agency Application Process  

    All new AND currently approved OCPE Agencies will need to submit an application for the 2023-2024 school year.

     

    Agency applications for the 2023-2024 school year may be submitted starting January 4, 2023 and no later than March 1, 2023, for the 2023-2024 school year. 

    No late applications will be accepted.

    To apply for the Off Campus PE Program, your parent will need to login to Skyward Family Access. Direct link to Off Campus PE Application. We will start accepting student applications for 2023-2024 school year on April 1, 2023.  The application process will close on June 15, 2023.  No late applications will be accepted.
