Welcome to Second grade! We have a very active and exciting year ahead of us! Let me introduce myself. My name is Veronica DePoyster, and I was born in Eagle Pass, Texas. My husband and I have a daughter named Madison, a son named Sam, and a dog named Milo. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family. This will be my 17th year of teaching and my first year in second grade! I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to teach your child this school year. I will do my best to make sure that every student has the motivation and positive experience that they need to learn in the classroom. Remember parents are teachers too. We both need to work together to help them with their learning process. Show your son/daughter at home that learning can be fun. ¡Bienvenidos a Segundo grado! ¡Tendremos un año lleno de actividades y será muy emocionante! Permítanme presentarme. Me llamo Veronica DePoyster y nací en Eagle Pass, Texas. Mi esposo y yo tenemos una niña que se llama Madison, un hijo que se llama Sam y un perro que se llama Milo. Cuando no estoy trabajando me gusta pasar tiempo con mi familia. Este será mi decimoséptimo año de enseñanza. ¡Me siento muy bendecida por tener la oportunidad de enseñarle a su hijo/a este año escolar. Haré todo lo posible para asegurarme de que cada estudiante este motivado y que tenga una experiencia de aprendizaje positiva. Recuerde que los padres son maestros también. Tanto los padres como los maestros necesitamos ayudar en el proceso de aprendizaje. Enseñe a su hijo/hija en la casa que el aprender es algo divertido.
