Schedule for Summer is below. We will have this Schedule June 2- July 31. We will take the week of June 30 through July 4 off. Again we understand vacations and other things come up . Show up as much as you can, and when you cannot try to get the workouts in and logged. Summer is the KEY TO A GREAT FALL! We will be having a time trial at Night on August 1 for 9-12 graders. If you are unable to attend this you will have a time trial on Saturday, August 2 at 7am. If you can not make either of these you will have to make it up at the first official practice. Please make sure to email Coach Tummins at mtummi@neisd.net to get the Sportsyou code
To be able to race in meets at the High School Level you must meet the following requirements
Boys have to run a 2k in 8:30 or under
Girls have to run a 2k in 9:45 or under
Things needed:
-A good pair of running shoes. If you are using the same shoes from December, you need a new pair. Shoes last around 400 to 500 miles max.
-A watch
-Bring your own water jug (plastic bottles, thermos, milk jugs, etc.) every day.
