    Create Clear & Compelling Purpose: Norms & Mission

    To truly be an effective PLC, the campus must AIM the process. This session will focus on establishing norms for the Guiding Coalition, and completing a protocol for developing a campus mission centered around high levels of learning for all.

    Create Clear & Compelling Purpose: Vision & Collective Commitments

    To truly be an effective PLC, the campus must AIM the process. This session will focus on completing protocols to establish a Vision for the campus (What we must become) and Values (Collective Commitments or Behaviors centered around the 3 Big Ideas of the PLC process).

    Create Clear & Compelling Purpose: Goals

    To truly be an effective PLC, the campus must AIM the process. This session will focus on establishing campus goals (How will we know we are making a difference) which will be the focal point that teachers use to create their SMART goals.
