• I grew up in Houston, Texas attending Lamar High School.  I attended Trinity University in San Antonio where I earned a BA in History and a Masters Degree in Teaching. I started my teaching career at East Central ISD where I taught US History for 5 years.  I also coached football, volleyball, basketball, track, and golf.  In 2001 I moved to Tejeda Middle School as one of the original teachers on the staff.  I taught Texas History and coached football, basketball, and pole vault.  In 2018 I was hired at Jackson Middle School to be the Athletic Coordinator.  I am currenty teaching PE and Athletics and will be coaching football, basketball, and track.
