Mrs. Cynthia Jones
Hello! My name is Mrs. C. Jones, and I am so excited to be a part of the Regional Day School Program for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing team. This will be my 2nd year teaching at Jackson Middle School. I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Math and Science grades 4-8. I graduated from University of Texas Health and Science Center at San Antonio with a Master’s degree in Deaf Education and Hearing Science grades EC-12. I have previously worked as a teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing for the past 4 years in another school district in San Antonio. With my passion for teaching our youth, I am thrilled to be an educator. I believe that all schools need strong knowledgeable educators who care for the next generation. This year I will bring my professional experiences into the classroom, where students are challenged to think, learn, and create and with your support we can make that happen. Go JAGS!!
