The Basics!

Hi My name is Mrs. Duncan and I am one of the 6th grade ELAR teachers at Ed White. I attended Texas A&M San Antonio University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree. GO JAGUARS! I have been with Ed White since 2009 where I started as a paraprofessional. I have now been teaching for three FANTASTIC years. In my class you can expect to develop a love for Reading and Writing if you don't already have it! I am married and together we have a total of six wonderful children. All of which are "Young adults" now! I enjoy spending time with my kids doing arts and crafts, shopping, and just good ole fashioned time just hanging out. I love to spend my free time doing DIY's for home decor. I am excited to see what this year is going to bring us! 

Childhood/Education

I was born in Los Angeles, Ca and I am a huge fan of the Lakers! On the otherhand I am a huge fan of the Cowboys! I moved to Texas during my 8th grade year in school. I attended Pease middle School and John Jay High School. My favorite subjects have always beenScience & English and Reading!
