Hello!! This is my 11^th year at Ed White teaching English Language Learners – students learning English as their second language.  I help them get the language and cultural skills they need to achieve their academic goals. I also assist my students in their mainstream classrooms – Science, Math, and Social Studies. 

I am fluent in English and Russian, and I am Intermediate in Spanish and German. I also studied Ancient Greek and Ancient Russian. 

Before coming to teach at Ed White, I had been teaching in culturally and professionally diverse environments and venues (commercial, institutional and private). I had taught children and adults of all ages with various backgrounds and native languages for 13 years.

I have spent time abroad in Russia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, the United States, and the Ukraine. My former education centers there were comprised at an approximate 60% rate of foreign nationals such as French, Germans, Canadians, Africans, Americans, Koreans, Polish, and English among others. These environments were conducive to the formation of progressive ideas and advancing understanding of people groups with complex structures.
