Records and Evidence Division

  • The Records and Evidence Division oversees all aspects of the department's evidence. The responsibility is to track, maintain and properly dispose of the department's evidence and review cases generated and ensured the evidence is properly accounted for and entered into the system. The Division maintains files on all cases produced by the NEISD Police Department. This responsibility includes checking the cases for completion and ensuring that all follow-up information is attached.

    Case reports from the public, as well as civilian and law enforcement agencies, are reviewed and completed by our department to ensure follow-up information is submitted accordingly.

    To obtain a record, please submit a request using our online form. Provide the following: case number, date, time, location and party(s) involved.
