Armando Jimenez

Hey guys! I am Coach. Jimenez and teach 7th grade Texas History along with coaching responsibilities pertaining to Football & Basketball. I was born and raised in Del Rio, Tx where I graduated from Del Rio High. I moved to San Antonio, Tx in 2015 to attend UTSA and pursue my degree in which I graduated Magna Cum Laude and received my B.A in Interdisciplinary Studies with a major in Special Education. I played youth football for 9 years and knew I wanted to pursue a career in coaching right out of high school. However, chose different career paths instead. Prior to being a coach/educator I held several professions such as an indepedent contractor, financial credit analyst, and also worked in the Oil & Gas industry for 4 years in where I obtained my CDL. So you could say I'm a jack of all trades and believe me when I say I am an educator by CHOICE and not by FORCE. I am hoping to have a good first year teaching at Jackson Middle school and will always be willing to lend an open ear!
