Mrs. Rebecca Gunter

I am entering my 13th year of teaching. Originally from Blytheville, Arkansas, I attended Mid Continent University in Mayfield, Kentucky, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in History. I moved to San Antonio in 2009 and received my teaching certificate from Texas Teachers in 2011. In the first four years, I taught with Jubilee Academy, 5th grade self-contained, 4th - 6th grade math and social studies, and then two years of 5th grade math. I then moved to Judson ISD where I taught 5th grade math and science for three years before moving up to middle school where I taught 6th grade math and was the math department chair for three of the five years.

I am excited to have joined Northeast ISD and proud to be a Nimitz Seahawk. I am looking forward to continuing to serve the community, teaching math to 6th graders.
