Welcome to 6th grade Science!  My name is Christy Shedd.  This is my second year at Jackson Middle School but my fifth year teaching 6th grade science.  My family and I have lived in San Antonio for more than 20 years.  We are an NEISD family!  My husband teaches at Madison High School in NEISD.  My oldest son, Zachary, graduated from Madison High School.  My youngest son, Alex, is currently a junior at Madison High School. 

I attended Texas A&M University, Kingsville and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.  I look forward to finding the inner scientist in every student!
