Mrs. M is so excited to be going into her 4th year as the NESA Technical Theatre director!

Mrs M went to college at Texas State University and received her degree in BFA Theatre with Teacher Certification. During her time at Texas State, she was involved in the T-Cert program which allowed her to be exposed to all types of technical and on stage theatre. Her main focuses were in Stage Management and Stage Make-up. 

Since being a bobcat, Mrs. M has been at NESA serving as the Technical Director for all of the productions including: An American in Paris, Funny Girl, The Crucible, Footnotes, The Playoffs, and many others. One of her favorite parts about technical theatre is the amount of diverstiy within it. Students can find what they are passionate about in a variety of topics like design, construction, management, and direction. 

Outside of NESA, Mrs. M likes to continue working on her craft at the Zion Theatre Group here in San Antonio, as well as bake and watch scary movies!
