Ms. Lisa Stuckey
I was born and raised in San Antonio. After high school, I lived a few years in Houston where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Houston.
Before teaching high school mathematics, I worked and taught for 5 years at UTSA’s Small Business Development Center. As much as I enjoyed teaching and counseling adults at UTSA, my main interest was working with kids. So I left UTSA and taught 3 years in the Judson ISD, before coming home to NEISD. I am so happy to bring my passion for mathematics and my love of teaching together here at the STEM Academy and Lee High School.
I love animals and have 2 dogs and 2 cats at home. Besides teaching, I enjoy water sports, gardening, photography, and bird watching.
