Remind

Remind is a free text messaging app that helps teachers, students, and parents communicate quickly and efficiently.

All 6th grade STEM teachers will use the same Remind to communicate with students and parents this year. We will have a separate Remind for students and a separate Remind for parents due to limits of participants. Both groups will get the same messages.

How to get get Remind notifications:

You can join a class to receive Remind messages via text, email, or push notification (or any combination of these).

• Join by text:
  Text a unique class code to a Remind phone number 81010. For example, text @math to 81010. 

• Join online:
  Visit remind.com/join and enter the class code along with your mobile phone number. You'll get text notifications at the number you entered.

• Join from your inbox:
  Send a blank email to code@mail.remind.com. (If the class code were @math, for example, you'd send a blank email to math@mail.remind.com.) You'll get a response with more instructions.
