Hi! My name is Stephanie Pleak. I am going into my 21st year of education. I started off my career at San Antonio Preparatory Academy, a charter school, and worked there for 3 years. I taught 1st and 2nd grades and fell in love with teaching,so I decided to get my teaching certificate. After I was fully certified, I was hired by Judson Independent School District. I worked there for 7 years and taught Kinder, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade ELA for 4 years. Then I moved to NEISD as a 5th grade ELAR teacher for a year and became an Instructional Literacy Coach. I worked as a Literacy Instructional Coach for 7 years which was an amazing opportunity to grow and learn in the area of reading and writing. This is my second year at Encino Park as a 5th grade ELAR teacher.  I am beyond excited to bring all the knowledge I have learned over the last few years to my students, and to be able to serve in this amazing community. I am looking forward to a wonderful year!
