I am a native Texan who moved to San Antonio to attend Trinity University, where I graduated with a BA and an MAT.  This will be my 20th year in education.  I taught fourth grade for two years and GT for fourteen years in Judson ISD, and I am looking forward to my fourth year teaching GT at Encino Park Elementary.  Outside of school, I have a few hobbies.  My husband and I enjoy taking our family on road trips.  We have a three-year-old daughter, a third-grader, and a sixth-grader.  I love gardening, working on all kinds of puzzles, and reading books.
