      Principal Biography

Welcome to Encino Park Elementary School!

I am proud to serve the Encino Park Elementary School and the community. These 9+ years, I have served both as assistant principal and principal. Encino Park is an amazing community that pulls together to create one of the best schools in the area.

I have been in education for, let’s just say a long time. I have been married to my wonderful wife, Jenny, for 24 years. Our children have attended Roan Forest, Tejeda and now Johnson HS. Our oldest is a senior and will be attending A&M Kingsville to earn her degree in Communication Disorders and to play golf on the Javelina Women’s Golf Team.

Although both my children play golf, I am a tennis player and love running. One of my most recent accomplishments is running the Grand Canyon, rim to rim to rim.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever have a question or need help.

      Have a Wonderful Year!

      Mrs. Judy Morales

My name is Judy Morales; I am excited and honored to join Mr. Miller and the Encino Park staff in providing the best educational opportunities for your child. I have proudly served as an educator for the past 16 years.

I usually say I belong to three continents: I was born in England (Europe), I grew up in Guyana (South America), and I’m a citizen of the United States of America (North America). I’ve been happily married for the past 33 years to a former Marine, Ramon, who is from Puerto Rico. We have three remarkable adult children: Brian, Stephen, and Mariah; we also have a cat, Daisy.

I believe education is a great avenue to success, and I have high expectations of all students. I will do my best to help students learn in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment that includes parents as partners.

Title IX Coordinator & Campus Behavior Coordinator

Encino Park Elementary's Title IX Coordinator/Campus Behavior Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining student discipline and the implementation of this subchapter and for responding to all complaints of possible sex discrimination and coordinating proper responses to complaints.
