Mr. Daniel Everidge

Daniel Everidge was born in Brownsville, TX and was a graduate of the North East School of the Arts and LEE High School. Daniel received his BFA in Musical Theatre from Otterbein College (now Otterbein University) in Westerville, OH. While at Otterbein, Daniel was the recipient of the Petie Dodrill Children's Theatre Award and the Leslie Burrell-Mangia Musical Theatre Award. After college, Daniel moved to New York City to pursue a career as an actor in the theatre. Daniel was seen on Broadway in the revival of Grease playing the role of Roger. Off-Broadway, Daniel was featured in FOUND at the Atlantic Theatre Company, Fat Camp at the Cherrnuchan Theatre, Promenade at Encores! Off Center, and Falling at the Minetta Lane. Falling earned Daniel a Lucille Lortel nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Play and a Drama Desk Nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Play. For his Drama Desk nomination, Daniel was nominated along side Tom Hanks and Nathan Lane. Daniel has performed twice at the Metropolitan Opera, where he understudied Ivan in the opera Die Fledermaus and was most recently in a production of Love Life at Encores City Center right before the pandemic hit. Daniel can be seen in the shows The Knick and Jessica Jones on Netflix, as well as the movies Inside Llewyn Davis and the musical hit, The Greatest Showman. Daniel is featured on the Broadway cast recordings for Grease and was lucky to be a soloist on the Grammy and Golden Globe winning, Oscar-nominated album for The Greatest Showman. Daniel enjoys podcasts, history, gaming, going for long drives, and is a first year teacher. He is thrilled to be back at the alma mater that taught him so much about acting, musical theatre, and professionalism and can't wait for this new school year!
