Course Selection & Endorsements
Johnson 2022-2023 Course Selections Kick-Off
Starts on January 20th with a special video from the counseling office to be shown during 2nd period. All 9th, 10th and 11th grade students will receive course cards and handouts to help with course selections. Throughout the week, teachers and students will discuss the course options to take next year.

Students Meet with Counselors
Counselors will meet with students individually through English classes to review and advise course selections and ensure they are entered in Skyward.
Jan. 24-27: Counselors will meet with 9th grade students
Jan. 31-Feb.3: Counselors will meet with 10th grade students
Feb. 7-10: Counselors will meet with 11th grade students
Endorsements consist of a related series of courses that are grouped together by interest or skill set. Students must select an endorsement in the ninth grade. Visit your school counselor to learn more about your options. Students may earn more than one endorsement.
2022 - 2023 CTJ Endorsement Card: Students entering 9th grade in 2014 and beyond will graduate under the Foundations High School Program with Endorsements and Distinguished Level of Achievement.
