Seniors will receive ONE FREE Final Transcript to be sent to one College of their choice. Please follow the attached instructions to complete the online request. Students, parents, or guardians can complete the online request from May 17, 2021 - June 4, 2021.
If under 18 years of age, the Parent Authorization Form must be completed with a copy of the Parent/Guardian ID included.
All requests will be processed after all final grades are submitted and the graduation date is posted on the final transcript (May 31, 2021). Orders may take up to 10 business days to process.
Dual Credit students do not need to request a final transcript be sent to San Antonio College, it will be automatically sent for all graduating Dual Credit students. Dual Credits students will need to request an official transcript from San Antonio College to transfer their college credits earned through Dual Credit. Also, students needing a final transcript for NCAA or NAIA requirements need to contact Mrs. Miller first before requesting it online. Please contact our Senior Counseling Clerk, Mrs. Cynthia Miller, at email@example.com with any questions.
College Visitation Verification
Juniors and Seniors are allowed two excused absences for college visits. The College Visitation Verification Form must be completed, signed, and dated by an appropriate official from the institute of higher education visited by the student. Please turn in the completed form to the Attendance Office. Forms can be picked up in the Attendance Office.
- Please allow at least 10 school days for your counselor to complete a letter of recommendation.
- Print and complete this Student Questionnaire to provide your counselor with additional information about yourself. Questionnaires are also available for pick up in the counseling office.
- In addition to the student questionanaire, we ask that you provide your counselor with a copy of your resume.
