Welcome to Second Grade!
Hello! My name is Ms. Messimer (pronounced Messy-mur), and I’m so excited to be your student’s teacher this year.

This is my 12th year teaching at Montgomery, a school I truly love. While I’m currently teaching Second Grade, I’ve also taught Kindergarten and First Grade—each experience has deepened my passion for early education and helping young learners grow.

I’m looking forward to building on your student’s knowledge and helping them become stronger readers, writers, and mathematicians. It’s going to be a wonderful year of learning, growth, and discovery!
