Hello Mustang Families! 

I am very excited about joining the Montgomery Mustang team as a 5th grade Science/Social Studies teacher. My ethos as an educator is centered around my commitment to empower students to empathize, think and act with a global perspective. This comes from my various teaching and traveling experiences across the United States and abroad. Originally, I'm from North Carolina, but most recently come to San Antonio from Tampa, FL, where I taught 5th grade for two years. Prior to living in Florida, I taught English in Samoa and Egypt for a total of 5 years. I'm excited to settle in Texas and be closer to my family as we work together to make this a fabulous year in 5th grade!
